Unsuccessful redemption points will be returned, why?
The main reasons for not receiving payment are the following:
1. The member's PayPal account information is incorrect.
2.A member has registered multiple accounts. The system only pays for valid accounts.
3. Within the week of redemption, if some of the points are deducted due to certain illegal operations, the system will automatically cancel the redemption application and return the remaining points to the member's account. The member needs to resubmit the redemption application for a new redemption.
Why my account has not receive money after redemption?
1. Is the PayPal account filled in Viewfruit correct?
2. Whether the PayPal account settings are correct or not.
a. While PayPal registration, the name should be filled in as the real name, not the mailbox number.
b. Is the PayPal account receiving setting properly set?
c. PayPal account needs to be bound to a credit card before it can receive money.
3. The recent completion of the review pass rate decrease will also affect the redemption period. )
