If you cannot return to homepage and the system cannot record your answer, what does the situation mean?


A sudden failure occurred during network data transmission when individual survey was completed. There may be "No successful return, no investigation record". You no need to be worried and when the survey period is over, we will review the data with the customer again. As long as the survey is completed in a serious and complete manner, we will add points as soon as possible.
Reminder: Due to network reasons, please do not close the browser immediately after clicking the survey. You need to wait a little while, so that the survey results have sufficient time to be recorded.
